How to straighten a picture in Photoshop

• Select Measure Tool under Eyedropper „I" from palette
• Click and drag a line along the currently-incorrect horizon
• Chose Image à Rotate Canvas à Arbitrary à OK
• If necessary, "crop" the picture to remove excessive background
