I didn't invent the time machine to win at gambling; I invented the time machine to travel through time. The intent here is to purely gain a clearer perception of humanity. Where we've been, where we're going, the pitfalls and the possibilities, the perils and the promise. Perhaps even an answer to that universal question, "Why?"
But learning about the future could be detrimental to the past... Time traveling is very dangerous with potentially severe consequences; so commuters must take extreme care not to interact or change historical timelines along the way! They should beware of their catastrophic responsibilities & remain merely observers.
