How to use the DKB #App after returning all company #portable devices to SAP in October/2030:
If you have a new mobile #device after leaving #SAP with a different telephone number, there are 3 options available:
- If you still have your old device and the #DKB app is installed there: then please log in to the DKB app on your old device and first specify your new mobile phone number.
- If you no longer have your old device or have already uninstalled the DKB app there: then send us this new information (via www.ib.dkb.de/upload) mentioning your new #mobile #phone #number and your #bank #account number.
- If you have the TAN2go app successfully installed on either your old or new device: login to your DKB #account via www.ib.dkb.de using any internet browser from the new mobile phone and confirm your login access with a #TAN as normal. Next, you should specify your #new mobile #telephone number under the menu "Service > Personal Data".
