Use "Video-Editor" App in Windows:
- select "New Project" option and name it
- insert clip into project
- place video in "Storyboard"
- click on rotate button on the right below preview (Control+R)
- click on "Finish Video" at the top right-hand side of the screen
- click on blue "Export" button -> choose file location for finished item
