A) Recommended Process:
Look at the outside mirrors, whilst your head is placed in a normal driving condition.
- Adjust the left side-view mirror until you see the external door handle on the outside of the driver's door in the lower right hand side corner of the image.
- Next, adjust the right side-view until you see the external door handle on the outside of the passenger's door in the lower left hand side corner of the image.
B) Alternative Method:
Start by setting your rearview mirror as you normally would.
- Then, lean your head all the way to the left, so it touches the driver's window. From that position, set your left side-view mirror so you can see the back corner of your car.
- Then lean the same distance the other way, and set your right side-view mirror the same way.
