All voicemails received in Lync should normally be grouped together is a single Outlook folder so you can easily find them at a glance – as you do with “Missed Calls”. However this feature has recently stopped functioning correctly in Outlook and the former "Voice Mail" folder under "Search Folders" is missing today.
To re-create this very comfortable feature and save you from searching your inbox every time you are looking for a former voicemail, proceed as follows:
Right-click on „Search Folders“->”New Search Folder”->”Create a custom…”->”Choose…”
Enter Name “Voice Mails”-> “Criteria…”
Click on “Advance”
in “Field” enter “Message Class” or choose from “Field”->”All Mail fields”->”Message Class”->”contains”->” IPM.Note.Microsoft.Voicemail.UM.CA”
confirm
confirm
That’s it. Now the "Voice Mail" folder in the "Search Folders" in Outlook is back, showing you all your received voicemails again at a glance.
