Uschi Schuh has written her will & given it to Annette:
Fred Schuh was born in Dec/1934 & died in Feb/2012 (aged 78).
Uschi was born on 8/June/1947, aged 76 & got married in 2002.
Fred's son is out of the picture long ago. He got his full share of Fred's money already and will not inherit anything further after Uschi's death.
Marie-Luise will therefore inherit everything from Uschi: including the 2 houses. She is entitled to 100% of Uschi's wealth.
Around 2016, they decided to sell the house in Köln. After putting it on the market and finding an agent and deciding on a price, Marie-Luise informed this agent that she does not agree with the house sale (without specifying any reason). Therefore the selling process was halted & Uschi was stuck in taking care of the property (incl. all financial bills) instead of Marie-Luise due to her absence, distance and lack of interest to take charge. The property did not generate any profit after the repairs & taxes. Uschi would have gladly sold it instead of keeping it in order to have some mental peace. The property was sold in 2022 instead.
In March/2022, Uschi sold the house in Köln for € 700'000. In Sept/2022, Uschi got a new kitchen costing € 14'000.
